The Coral Ridge Community 

 “Coral Ridge was incorporated in 1947. The Coral Ridge community, which is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida lies between Sunrise Boulevard and Oakland Park Boulevard, stretching from the Intracoastal Waterway to Middle River Drive. There are many highlights that bring people to our community. One of the many amenities Coral Ridge has to offer is the 750 member Coral Ridge Yacht Club. The yacht club offers five-star dining, a world-class pool, multiple tennis courts, and 53 boat slips within its active yachting program, creating reciprocity to yacht clubs around the nation. Another excellent facility Coral Ridge has to offer is the 20-acre George English Park , which is located across from the newly renovated Galleria Mall.  George English Park hosts seven deco-turf, lighted tennis courts constructed by Fast-Dry Tennis. The park features a new tennis pro shop which opened on September 30th 2006. It also has two drive-in boat launch areas, an extensive children’s playground, basketball, hockey, and other organized recreational activities. Our active Coral Ridge Association brings many opportunities to residents of all ages. While the association serves as a liaison between the residents and the city, it also creates and sponsors a number of social events. Such events include the Children’s Christmas Home Decorating Contest, the Easter-Egg Hunt, and the Spring Dog Show. The Coral Ridge Association Board members are actively involved in the growth of our subdivision by bringing expertise from all professional levels. Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale,  I have more knowledge than most Realtors working in my area. I have been a resident of Coral Ridge for almost 25 years.  I was also educated locally which gives me experience to recommend the best schools for your children.  I attended Bayview Elementary, Sunrise Middle, Cardinal Gibbons High School, Broward Community College, and later graduated from The Gold Coast School of Real Estate. I have recently been awarded the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation which less then 10% of Realtors nationwide have acheived.  I also plan to obtain my Broker's license this year and soon after open my own brokerage company targeting the Coral Ridge neighborhood.  I have been working with The Keyes Company Realtors for over 4 years now.
